Our Story

Clark Street Commercial was started in 2019 by our Founder, Jon Franks. He’s dedicated the past 16 years to office space and his journey has been truly exceptional.

Central London is our stomping ground and we’ve done some amazing office moves for clients in Fitzrovia, Mayfair, Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, Old Street, King’s Cross and the City.

Jon has fostered relationships with startups, scale-ups and large corporations while managing a dynamic team. Before the Central London story, Jon worked in The Big Apple for a year, cutting his teeth in the big, shouty world of NYC Real Estate.
